BOWL FOOD MENU:

Bowl Food is served in Chinese bowls, standing or seated, eaten with a fork or spoon.

There are 2/3 options like a chilli or a casserole served on rice/noodles/mash etc – the serving is about 1/3 of a standard meal so people return to the buffet for a refill of either the same or a different item several times.

You could also serve rustic breads and serve sweets the same way.

It is a relaxed, informal way of feeding guests
